Refund = 99.2% minus the measured accuracy, as a share of what the list cost. A list at 70% gets 29.2% back, paid to the original payment method.
Claim within 15 days with your bounce evidence. A person decides every claim.
Not covered, among others: catch-all, disposable and unknown results (unknowns are never charged) and single checks. The guarantee page lists every condition.
We have not tested Email Hippo's accuracy, and ours has not been independently tested either. Our accuracy guarantee refunds the difference when a bulk list's valid and invalid results are less than 99.2% right.
