  • We guarantee that at least 99.2% of the valid and invalid results of every bulk list are right, or we refund the difference.
  • Refund = 99.2% minus the measured accuracy, as a share of what the list cost. A list at 70% gets 29.2% back, paid to the original payment method.
  • Claim within 15 days with your bounce evidence. A person decides every claim.
  • Not covered, among others: catch-all, disposable and unknown results (unknowns are never charged) and single checks. The guarantee page lists every condition.
