email-validation.org is a commercial email validation service operated by Inbox Perfection LLC. Despite the .org domain, it is not a non-profit organisation.
What we do
Pay-as-you-go email validation. Check one address, clean a list of up to 1,000,000 rows (CSV, XLSX and TXT), or use the REST API (OpenAPI 3.1), official JavaScript/TypeScript and Python SDKs, webhooks and an MCP server. Credit packs: $35 for 10,000, $49 for 25,000, $79 for 50,000 and $450 for 1,000,000 ($0.45 per 1,000). Unknown results are free. 500 free credits on sign-up. Credits expire 24 months after they are granted. No refunds.
How validation works here
Checks run on specialist email verification infrastructure operated by a contracted provider in the United States. Around it we run the website, the API, bulk processing, billing, our own result taxonomy and support, on the Cloudflare global network.
Every result is one of four statuses with a reason and a recommended action. Results that do not reach a definite answer are marked unknown and never cost a credit. The statuses guide explains each one.
The rules we follow
- Every number on this site, from prices to limits, comes from the same configuration the product runs on.
- We publish no accuracy percentages, customer counts, ratings or testimonials until we can measure or show them.
- Price comparisons are dated, sourced and say where other services may be the better choice.
- Support is an AI assistant, and we say so wherever you meet it. Privacy, abuse, legal and security requests go to a person.
- We never sell the addresses you check, and we delete uploaded lists after a fixed period.
