Repeat checks can reuse a recent result
· API, MCP server, Policies
When an address was checked in the last 12 months, a new check of it through the API, the MCP server, the dashboard, a bulk list or the free checker may return that result instead of checking the address again. A reused result costs the same as a new check (1 credit; the free checker stays free), and processed_at shows when the check was made.
Results with status unknown, catch-all results (including any result with catch_all_domain true) and mailbox_full results are never reused. The new fresh parameter of POST /v1/validate and the validate_email tool checks the address again anyway.
Results are kept under a keyed hash of the address, never the address itself. The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement describe it.
Pricing, policies and documentation published before launch
· Pricing, Policies, Website
We published our credit packs, the first-payment bonus, the credit expiry and no-refund rules, and the dated price comparison with eight other services.
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Agreement and subprocessor list are published as drafts pending legal review.
The result taxonomy is fixed at four statuses: deliverable, undeliverable, risky and unknown. Unknown results are always free.
