The deliverable status

Deliverable1 credit per result · default action: Send

Deliverable means the mailbox exists and accepted our check, so mail sent to it should arrive. It costs 1 credit and the usual action is send.

When to send

Send to deliverable addresses as usual. Two reasons ask for a little more care:

  • low_engagement: the mailbox works but looks like a secondary address its owner seldom reads. Fine for transactional mail; for campaigns, watch how this segment responds.
  • ai_agent: an automated agent rather than a person seems to read the mailbox. Decide whether that fits what you are sending.

Why a deliverable address can still bounce

A check is a snapshot. A message can still bounce if the mailbox is closed or fills up after the check, if the receiving server blocks your sending domain or IP, or if it limits how fast you send. The bounce message from your sending platform tells you which. Re-check addresses that you have not mailed for a few months before a large send.
